Shipping And Pickup Policy

We offer same-day delivery between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Available for surrounding areas only

$20 minimum order is required for delivery

Orders placed before 6:30 PM are usually delivered the same evening

Delivery may be delayed due to weather or road conditions

Please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout

Balloon Delivery
We do not deliver inflated balloons

Uninflated balloons can be delivered as part of your regular order

In-Store Pickup
All products (including inflated balloons) are available for pickup at the store

Customers can pick up their order at any time on the date they selected

For inflated balloons, please include your pickup date in the “Notes” box during checkout

Helium payment is handled separately in-store at pickup time

Missed Deliveries or Pickups
We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address or absence at delivery time

Unclaimed pickups are held for 24 hours unless otherwise arranged
