Online Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website.

We accept debit and credit card payments.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Delivery Policy
We offer same-day delivery between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM in surrounding areas.

There is a $20 minimum order required for delivery.

If your order does not meet the minimum, it will not be eligible for delivery.

Delivery is subject to availability and weather or road conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Balloon Orders
Inflated balloons are not eligible for delivery.

Customers may request balloon inflation by using the “Notes” box at checkout to specify the pickup date.

Helium is not included in the balloon price online. Customers must pay for helium in-store at the time of pickup.

We do not guarantee exact color or style availability for last-minute pickup requests.

Pickup Orders
Pickup is available for all products, including inflated balloons.

Customers may pick up their order at any time on the selected date.

There is no need to request a specific time or ask for a time change.

Unclaimed orders will be held for 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept returns.

If your product is defective, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

You must bring the product and the original packaging to the store for the exchange to be processed.

Exchanges can only be made in-store. We do not offer pickups or deliveries for exchanged items.

Please make sure the product you are purchasing is the correct one.
If the wrong item is delivered or you ordered the wrong item by mistake, we can still exchange it in-store as long as it is returned in its original packaging within 24 hours.

Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is considered final.

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed in the case of defective or incorrect items, as outlined in Section 5.

Changes to Terms
Giant Mart reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
