At Giant Mart, your satisfaction matters. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges are allowed only if:
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
You ordered the wrong item by mistake
Exchange Timeframe
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to request an exchange.
In-Store Only
All exchanges must be completed in-store at Giant Mart.
We do not offer delivery or pickup for exchanged items.
Original Packaging Required
To process any exchange, the product must be returned with the original box or packaging.
We cannot exchange any item that does not come back with its full packaging, as we must return it to our supplier.
Exchange Eligibility Checklist
Please make sure:
You contact us within 24 hours
You bring the item back in-store
You include the original box/packaging
The item was not used in a way that caused the damage
